It requires a standard pressing temperature of 300°F with firm, heavy pressure, making it ideal for both commercial pneumatic heat presses and manual clamshells. 

Once pressed, our specialized film allows for an immediate hot peel, significantly speeding up your workflow by removing cooling time. 

The process is finalized with a 5 to 7-second second press using a Teflon sheet or parchment paper, which locks the ink deep into the fabric fibers. 

This final step ensures a soft, flexible finish that won't crack or peel over time. 

By eliminating the need to weed out tiny details—a common pain point with traditional heat transfer vinyl—this ready-to-press graphic saves valuable production time.

This is a hot peel transfer. You should peel the carrier sheet immediately after the initial 7-second press in one smooth, continuous motion.

Yes. After peeling the film, cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5-7 seconds. This locks the design into the fabric and removes any plastic-like texture.

Yes. For 100% polyester garments, we recommend lowering your heat press temperature to 280°F and pressing for 12 seconds. This prevents the fabric from scorching and stops dye migration.
