Get ready to create something amazing! For best results, use a heat press.

Set Your Press: Heat your press to a steady 300°F.

Pre-Press: Place your garment on the press and press for 7 seconds. This removes any moisture and creates a perfect canvas.

First Press: Position the Floral Nurse transfer on the garment. Press with medium pressure for 7 seconds.

Hot Peel: This is a hot peel transfer. Carefully peel the clear film off immediately while the transfer is still hot.

Final Press: Place a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the design and press for one final 7 seconds. This cures the ink and ensures your creation will last!
