1. Set Heat Press: 310°F

2. Pre-Press Garment: 7 seconds to remove moisture & wrinkles

3. Press Transfer: 7 seconds with firm pressure

4. Peel: Hot peel immediately

5. Re-Press: Cover with parchment or Teflon sheet and press another 7 seconds for a smooth finish
