The Lucky 7: Press with High Pressure at 300°F - 320°F for just 7 Seconds.

Peel It: Don't wait! Peel the film immediately while it is HOT.

Seal It: Cover with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press again for 5-10 seconds to lock in the durability.
