THE LUCKY 7: Press at 300Ā°F (150Ā°C) with High/Heavy Pressure for exactly 7 Seconds. 4. HOT PEEL: No waiting around! Peel the film immediately while it is still hot. 5. SEAL IT: Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press for another 5-10 seconds to lock it in for maximum durability.
