  1. Heat: Preheat your heat press to 300°F - 325°F.

  2. Prep: Pre-press your garment for 7 seconds to remove any excess moisture or wrinkles.

  3. Place: Position your "Simply Blessed" transfer exactly where you want it on the garment.

  4. Press: Apply medium-to-firm pressure for 7 seconds.

  5. Peel: This is a HOT PEEL. Remove the carrier sheet immediately while it is still warm for the best results.

  6. Seal: Cover the design with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet and press for a final 7 seconds to lock in the art.
