While specific instructions are included with your order, most DTF transfers press at 300°F - 320°F for 10-15 seconds with medium-heavy pressure, followed by a peel (check your specific film for hot or cold peel) and a 5-second post-press.

Turn the garment inside out, wash on a cold cycle, and tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to maximize the lifespan of the print.
