Pre-Press: Press your garment for 5-10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles. (Don't skip this, it's bad luck!)

The Heat: Set your heat press to 300°F.

The Squeeze: Press with High/Heavy Pressure. We want that design really stuck on there!
